📋 Description

• People-oriented: You will lead a dynamic team of 8–10 specialists concentrating on Social Media, Creative Design, and Creative Strategy, acting both as a subject-matter authority and line manager. Your responsibilities include capacity planning, team structuring, and professional development.

• Hands-on approach: You serve as the primary contact for key clients, facilitating the strategic delivery of projects for some of the most innovative consumer brands in the industry, while also contributing to our business growth.

• Business insight: You track financial KPIs such as margin, utilization, and contribution margin, proactively spotting inconsistencies. Your commercial insight enables you to formulate actionable strategies for project and team management to overcome challenges.

• Project management expert: You act as the organized liaison between clients, internal teams, and project outcomes, fostering transparency, efficiency, and clarity.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of professional experience, preferably within an agency setting, and have successfully led larger teams (minimum of 5 members).

• You are well-acquainted with the relevant financial metrics involved in daily agency operations and understand their interrelationships.

• You have independently overseen projects from initiation to billing and are knowledgeable about the key KPIs for Organic & Paid Social.

• You showcase robust project management experience, enjoy client-facing roles, and have been involved in pitches.

• You exhibit an independent, organized, and responsible work ethic paired with a strong hands-on mentality.

• Advising clients in both German and English poses no challenge for you.
