This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Support the Service Delivery function within the Tax practice.

• Oversee team operations and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Manage functional work for client firms.

• Assist with initiatives related to the US Readiness Program.

• Acquire knowledge and adapt to operations, hiring, and service delivery processes in the Philippines within 3 months.

• Participate in Business Development meetings.

• Provide insights on the types of tax professionals available in the Philippines.

• Support initiatives aimed at expanding tax teams in the Philippines.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership in the US.

• Work globally with Service Delivery counterparts in India, LATAM, and future expansion regions.

• Manage and develop a tax team located in the Philippines.

• Lead the performance review process for team members.

• Assist in conducting technical interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Help in forming tax teams for client engagements.

• Provide insights during client discovery calls and intake meetings.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their tax requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in Tax.

• 2-3 years of management experience.

• More than 5 years of expertise in US Taxation (covering both individual and corporate taxation).

• Experience in a CPA firm is mandatory.

• CPA certification is preferred; an MBA is also preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with accounting software and documentation tools.

• WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps.

• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace.

• Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST.
