This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Prepare and examine tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, and Estates.
• Must possess the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• The Senior Tax Associate is expected to maintain professionalism at all times and will have ongoing direct interactions with clients.
• This role requires critical thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• The ideal applicant must be capable of performing swiftly, accurately, and efficiently under pressure during tax season to meet tight deadlines.
• Engage with increasingly complex projects, demonstrating the ability to transform a disorganized trial balance and provide Adjusting Journal Entries (AJEs) to rectify it.
• Prepare comprehensive and precise returns while reviewing the returns of others.
• Compile documentation to substantiate tax return calculations.
• Possess the capability to mentor Tax Associates.
• Review data entries, identify, and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with managers and partners, keeping the team updated on progress.
• Increase levels of client communication while working on their tax returns, potentially over multiple years.
• Have a solid understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Participate in professional development and training sessions regularly, and implement what you learn in your assigned tasks.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree; a Master's degree/CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of Tax experience.
