Senior Talent Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete 360-degree recruitment process, facilitating placements for permanent, contract, and independent contractor roles across various sectors.

• Discover, engage, and place top-tier candidates, including those at the C-suite level, utilizing innovative sourcing methods and AI-powered tools.

• Collaborate with senior leadership, offshore clients, and owner-founder subject matter experts as a trusted talent advisor, ensuring a thorough alignment on hiring needs.

• Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities both locally and internationally to enhance desk revenue and market presence.

• Employ advanced ATS, CRM, and state-of-the-art generative AI technologies to optimize workflows, improve candidate matching, and reduce time-to-hire.

• Collaborate with dedicated administrative and marketing support teams to provide a premium, seamless experience for candidates and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recent, active experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency setting.

• Proven track record of managing a high-volume desk, achieving performance targets, and consistently earning commissions.

• Demonstrated capability in placing executive and C-suite talent, as well as effectively collaborating with owner-founder subject matter experts.

• Highly tech-savvy with practical, hands-on experience in integrating AI tools into sourcing strategies, along with comprehensive knowledge of ATS and CRM systems.

• South African citizenship or a valid, unrestricted work permit.
