Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between business operations and IT, tasked with collecting and evaluating both functional and non-functional requirements, drafting user stories, use cases, and technical/functional documentation, establishing acceptance criteria, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Assess impacts and interdependencies across various systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in data modeling and SQL (MS SQL Server and/or DB2).

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Experience with demand management tools (e.g., Jira) and screen prototyping tools (preferably Figma).

• Knowledge of system integration (REST APIs, message queues, webhooks) and fundamental layered architecture concepts.
