This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the primary liaison between Application & Integration (A&I) and a designated Global Customer Management (GCM) enterprise account.
• Oversee the comprehensive technical delivery for the assigned client, from pre-sales solution design to ongoing operations and continuous enhancement.
• Develop, document, and uphold application and integration standards for the designated client.
• Ensure that A&I deliverables adhere to global standards, templates, processes, change procedures, and cross-regional frameworks.
• Aggregate A&I demand from all regions and convert it into organized, actionable work packages.
• Facilitate communication among GCM, Technical Leads, regional A&I teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Provide functional oversight, assign tasks, give technical guidance, and manage workloads for A&I engineers.
• Assess and approve designs, integration specifications, technical decisions, and testing strategies.
• Coordinate demand, resources, priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines across different regions and time zones.
• Offer leadership insights into demand volume, complexity, capacity requirements, and prioritization.
• Handle risk management, issue resolution, capacity planning, and escalation processes, including cross-team problem-solving.
• Contribute client insights to global A&I methodologies, templates, best practices, and governance bodies such as the GAB.
• Advocate for simplification, reusability, standardization, and consistent delivery quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in WMS implementation, application and integration management, or supply chain systems delivery.
• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing or account management role within a logistics, 3PL, or supply chain technology environment.
• Practical experience with WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Oracle WMS, or similar.
• Knowledge of EDI, API, and ERP/TMS connectivity.
• Capability to manage change requests from start to finish, including intake, scoping, prioritization, delivery oversight, and sign-off.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms.
• Proven track record serving as an external-facing SPOC for a global enterprise account.
• Experience handling client escalations, QBRs, and communications with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across multiple regions and time zones.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of global A&I standards, governance frameworks, change management processes, demand intake, and portfolio visibility tools.
• Willingness to travel by plane and automobile up to 50% of the time.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually.
