Senior SuccessFactors Consultant – Time Off, Time Tracking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops to collect, analyze, and validate client requirements.

• Develop and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Time Off and Time Tracking.

• Offer expert advice on best practices in time management and solution features.

• Create functional specifications, configuration workbooks, testing scripts, and project documentation.

• Assist with data migration, integration design, and comprehensive testing activities.

• Cultivate client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.

• Detect risks, issues, and opportunities, providing proactive suggestions.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal creation.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SuccessFactors practice.

• Keep abreast of developments in the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking.

• Strong understanding of workforce management, leave management, attendance, and time recording processes.

• Experience in leading workshops and managing client stakeholders effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with Time solutions.

• Experience across the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within distributed project teams.

• Preferred: Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking.

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll, ECP, or third-party payroll systems.

• Consulting experience in professional services or system integrator environments.

• Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology.
