Senior Strategy & Management Consultant – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop challenging consulting tasks rooted in realistic business and strategic contexts.

• Create exemplary solutions featuring clear problem structures, analyses, and recommendations.

• Design scenarios that encompass corporate strategy, growth, market entry, transformation, and decisions related to operating models.

• Construct and assess business cases, detailing assumptions, trade-offs, risks, and financial consequences.

• Review AI-generated outputs to ensure analytical rigor, practicality, structure, and quality suitable for executives.

• Evaluate whether recommendations are substantiated and prioritized appropriately.

• Review and adjust contributions from others to align with established quality benchmarks.

• Ensure consistent quality in day-to-day tasks and deliverables.

• Identify genuine edge cases and ambiguous evaluation standards.

• Bring complex cases and rubric-related issues to the attention of the functional expert lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably at the Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Principal, or similar level.

• Background in top-tier or specialized boutique consulting firms.

• Strong proficiency in corporate strategy, business transformation, or operating model design.

• Demonstrated experience in structuring and assessing complex business cases.

• Proven ability to lead consulting projects and manage project teams effectively.

• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week, including at least 4 hours of overlap with PST.

• Completion of a brief online assessment and delivery review is required.
