Junior Software and Systems Specialist – AI and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance the Acumatica ERP environment.

• Create internal tools, dashboards, integrations, automations, and applications.

• Design and manage integrations to ensure consistent data flow between applications.

• Utilize AI coding assistants and develop workflows empowered by AI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.

• Develop, test, deploy, and document comprehensive solutions.

• Create queries, reports, data pipelines, and various data tools.

• Work together with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify improvements in processes and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong capability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Solid foundation in programming with experience in one or more languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data concepts.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and a desire to enhance AI applications in software development and business operations.

• Understanding of applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical, inquisitive, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.

• Preferred: Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Acumatica or other ERP systems like NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Sage.

• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, including Flow, Apex, APIs, or integrations.

• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Preferred: Full-stack web development experience, including React, Vite, and REST APIs.

• Preferred: Experience in developing APIs, system integrations, or data pipelines.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Preferred: Exposure to accounting, finance, business operations, or ERP-related processes.
