• Take ownership of and implement the enterprise IDN sales strategy for the Eastern U.S. region.
• Create multi-year digital imaging roadmaps tailored for each IDN, encompassing cloud migration, workflow modernization, data governance, lifecycle transformation, and AI integration.
• Broaden GEHC’s influence across radiology, cardiology, oncology, and enterprise service lines.
• Lead and coordinate deals that cover enterprise imaging, PACS modernization, VNA consolidation, cloud hosting, managed services, subscription models, and data/AI solutions.
• Steer the entire pursuit lifecycle: discovery, needs assessment, technical validation, business case development, value modeling, contracting, and governance.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder decision-making processes involving clinical, IT, supply chain, cybersecurity, and CFO-level financial reviews.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CMIOs, Chief of Radiology, Imaging Directors, CTOs, and Enterprise IT architects.
• Conduct executive briefings, solution workshops, and transformation roadmap discussions that highlight GEHC’s strategic value.
• Deliver persuasive value propositions aligned with IDN priorities: clinical efficiency, reduced variability, interoperability, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional GEHC teams to assure high-quality proposals and predictable execution.
• Oversee contract structures, including enterprise-wide imaging modernization agreements, operational or managed service models, subscription/as-a-service offerings, and multi-year performance or outcomes-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Services teams to facilitate value delivery across clinical workflow, uptime, throughput, and IT efficiency.
• A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience with IDNs and large health systems, preferably within imaging, enterprise IT, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical imaging (radiology workflows, cardiology, modalities, enterprise imaging, PACS/VNA).
• Strong understanding of health IT: interoperability, cloud architectures, data platforms, cybersecurity, AI/analytics.
• Executive presence and expertise in engaging with C-suite executives, negotiation, and whiteboard storytelling.
• Proven proficiency in enterprise selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, value selling).
• Capability to structure TCO/ROI models and effectively communicate financial and operational value.
