Senior Staff Software Engineer, Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement the long-term strategy for our infrastructure.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

• Collaborate with engineering leads to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Create and deploy foundational platform services that enhance the developer experience.

• Work in close partnership with product, research, and security teams to ensure a secure and efficient infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in professional software development.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in leading high-impact engineering teams.

• Proficiency in cloud-native infrastructure (preferably GCP) and Kubernetes at scale.

• In-depth knowledge of GPU/ML infrastructure for extensive training, data generation, and inference workloads.

• Strong capability to break down complex technical issues into simplified, incremental, and actionable architectural solutions.
