📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and advance a long-term technical strategy and architecture that supports the company's vision for the future.

• Develop a technical vision and spearhead efforts to design, build, and launch reliable, high-performance, and scalable solutions.

• Evaluate existing and emerging technologies, offering a balanced perspective on the technology landscape while fostering an environment of sustainable innovation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products.

• Drive multi-team technical projects and collaborate across functions to identify business impact opportunities, refining and prioritizing engineering system requirements.

• Facilitate discussions that align technical initiatives with business objectives and product priorities.

• Enhance engineering quality through design and code reviews, mentorship, and hands-on implementation.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers through design reviews, code walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge exchange.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in a hands-on software engineering capacity.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, ideally in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in building, leading, and architecting production systems or features that have a significant impact.

• Demonstrated technical leadership with hands-on experience directing project teams, establishing technical direction and strategy, prototyping to refine ideas, and collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical partners, with a track record of driving initiatives that extend across teams, departments, and leadership levels.

• A passion for elevating those around you through curiosity and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

• Established experience in defining product and technical strategy while ensuring alignment with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
