⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in building and deploying production-grade software or services.

• In-depth understanding of software design patterns and principles.

• Proven experience in setting architectural vision and strategy for collaborative teams delivering a unified vision.

• Background in driving architectural decisions or patterns through their entire lifecycle, from implementation to adoption, with measurable business or technical impact.

• Experience in guiding teams to thoughtfully integrate AI into product, architecture, and engineering workflow decisions.

• Proficiency in developing highly available services at scale.

• Capability to collaborate across teams and leaders, positively influencing others and navigating challenging conversations and decisions.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with various audiences, including customers, peers, and executive leadership.

• Passion for mentoring and guiding engineers, contributing to the development of technical leaders.

• An inspiring leader able to create and convey a vision or plan.

• A strategic thinker with a focus on customer needs and product insight.

• More than 10 years of experience in building distributed services.

• Familiarity with some or all of the following technologies: AWS, React, node.js, TypeScript, PHP, MySQL, NoSQL databases.
