This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and execute both qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives to uncover market trends, comprehend customer requirements, validate product ideas, and evaluate usability.
• Act as the internal authority on Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research subjects.
• Conduct and utilize competitive analyses, product benchmarking, and user experience assessments to guide product positioning and differentiation strategies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert research insights into actionable product specifications and innovation plans.
• Create clear and engaging reports and presentations to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, product design, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in product research or user-centered design is essential.
• Extensive experience in conducting customer interviews, usability assessments, and validating concepts.
• Proficient in research and analytical tools (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau).
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
