Senior Clinical Research Associate – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• You will be assigned exclusively to a single client.

• You will oversee all aspects of site management and supervisory tasks within the designated oncology studies.

• You will collaborate with industry leaders and subject matter experts.

• You will have the chance to mentor junior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in site management, accompanied by knowledge of clinical trial methodology and terminology.

• A science background is essential (Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biology).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in independent site monitoring across various types of visits.

• Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

• A solid understanding and working knowledge of clinical research, clinical trial phases, and current GCP/ICH as well as country-specific clinical research legislation and guidelines.
