Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Offers comprehensive support to clinical project teams and study sites involved in clinical research initiatives.

• Manages all dimensions of study site oversight to ensure the safeguarding of patient safety and the integrity of data produced.

• Provides direction at both the site and project levels in accordance with audit readiness criteria and assists with audit preparations and necessary follow-up measures.

• Updates, monitors, and sustains trial management tools/systems specific to the study, as well as status reports.

• Oversees the initiation procedures for sites, including the evaluation of feasibility and recruitment of potential investigators.

• Ensures that the process of obtaining informed consent is thoroughly executed and properly documented.

• Independently performs various types of site visits, including pre-study qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Records activities through confirmation letters, follow-up letters, trip reports, and communication logs.

• Engages in effective and proactive communication with site personnel and Precision Project and Clinical Trial Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or a comparable combination of education and experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.

• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience; 1 year of oncology experience is preferred.

• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

• Ability to maintain attention to detail for extended periods, with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Working knowledge of the drug development process.

• Willingness to travel (60-70%).
