
Senior Staff Product and Market Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement both qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives to identify market trends, understand customer needs, validate product ideas, and evaluate usability.
• Act as a key organizational expert in Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research.
• Conduct competitive product benchmarking and user experience assessments to guide product positioning and differentiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into actionable product requirements and innovation strategies.
• Provide guidance to teams on how to interpret CI and market data.
• Produce clear and compelling reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline; experience in product research or user-centered design is essential.
• A Master’s degree in Market Research, Human Factors, UX Research, or Product Innovation is preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing and conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.
• Proficient in research tools and analysis platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to convert complex findings into strategic insights.
• Demonstrated fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Capability to work effectively across product, R&D, marketing, and commercial teams.
