Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Guest & Host

📋 Description

• Envision, advocate for, and facilitate the creation of innovative ML systems, product integrations, and performance enhancements to address real-world challenges.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of enthusiastic, collaborative software engineers and applied scientists throughout the organization.

• Elevate the AI/ML expertise within the organization. A strong passion for teaching and mentoring is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a Principal or Senior Staff Engineer role with ownership responsibilities for large-scale software systems.

• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable AI and ML systems and services, coupled with a deep enthusiasm for creating ML-driven products.

• You are an inspiring colleague, a coach, and a mentor, with experience in nurturing and advancing engineering maturity across multiple organizations.

• You are a builder and implementer who actively seeks high-impact work, and you possess qualities such as proactivity, curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
