Senior Staff Engineer – Product Analyst, Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• The Product Analyst / Project Manager will play a key role in developing and scaling cutting-edge AI frameworks.

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to accurately capture user stories, requirements, and designs.

• Analyze and deconstruct complex problem statements, identify requirements, and employ critical reasoning and innovative thinking.

• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature lists, user manuals, and release notes.

• Take ownership of the entire project planning and execution process.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives) to ensure consistent delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in product analysis, business analysis, and/or product management within an agile framework.

• Practical experience in gathering requirements, drafting user stories, refining backlogs, and story mapping.

• Strong grasp of software applications and concepts, including enterprise architecture, data analytics, and APIs.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in either an agile or hybrid setting.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
