Senior Staff Engineer, Gen AI, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and decision-making.

• Construct and manage agent workflows utilizing contemporary frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).

• Connect AI agents with APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms for comprehensive automation.

• Formulate prompt engineering strategies, memory architectures, and tool integrations.

• Deploy, monitor, and sustain AI agents within production environments.

• Enhance agents for performance, scalability, latency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Troubleshoot and refine agent behavior through testing, logging, and feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI solutions into business processes.

• Produce clean, scalable, and production-ready backend code.

• Remain informed about emerging AI/LLM trends and agent frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Total experience ranging from 7.5 to 9 years.

• Strong practical experience in Java and Python (Must Have).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI/ML services.

• Experience with LLM application frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar).

• Extensive experience in API development and system integration.

• Experience in building backend systems and scalable architectures.

• Solid grasp of data structures, system design, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, and observability tools.

• Experience with LLM tools/providers and AI-assisted development (Good to Have).

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
