• Design and oversee comprehensive Salesforce solution architecture for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Create scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
• Architect and deploy features such as Einstein Bot, Unified Messaging, MIAW, and Agentforce integrations.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs within Salesforce.
• Define the integration architecture connecting Salesforce with external systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of Salesforce's declarative and programmatic capabilities in alignment with business needs.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Offer technical leadership and direction to development teams on Apex, LWC, and system design.
• Manage platform performance, scalability, and governance, including addressing Salesforce limitations and constraints.
• Steer client conversations, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide advisory support for solutions.
• Oversee the complete delivery process including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to define the Salesforce roadmap and solution strategy.
• Mentor and guide technical teams to enhance solution quality and improve delivery efficiency.
• A total of 9+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Practical experience with Einstein Bot, Unified Messaging, Salesforce Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW), Contact Center solutions, and Agentforce integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
• Experience in designing scalable solutions utilizing declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and custom development.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware tools.
• Expertise in Salesforce data model, security model, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect preferred).
