📋 Description

• Create, implement, and sustain automated Dynatrace configurations throughout the platform.

• Develop and manage integrations with Dynatrace REST APIs to facilitate observability workflows.

• Design TypeScript-based tools to streamline SRE tasks and platform operations.

• Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams to establish and uphold reliability standards.

• Engage in incident response and lead post-mortem activities to enhance system resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in automating Dynatrace configurations on a large scale.

• Strong practical experience in utilizing REST APIs, especially Dynatrace APIs.

• Expertise in TypeScript for developing tools and automation.

• Deep knowledge of SRE principles, including reliability, observability, incident response, and automation.

• Proven experience in dynamic engineering environments with high expectations for ownership.

• Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS Lambda for serverless automation processes.

• Knowledge of AWS CodeBuild for managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
