Senior Specialist II, Gainsight Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic and operational management of system platforms.

• Act as the main administrator for system platforms, handling configuration, rule development, and dashboards.

• Lead a team comprising three system administrators/analysts.

• Collaborate closely with functional teams and Executive Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 6-8 years of experience in platform administration is preferred.

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a small technical or operational team.

• Strong knowledge of processes, lifecycle management, and modeling.

• Expertise in system platforms, data integrations, and ETL workflows.
