This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Leverage multiple channels for lead generation and outreach to discover and engage with high-potential clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to uncover potential clients' pain points and effectively position tailored solutions.
• Drive new business initiatives and client acquisition, managing marketing leads, negotiating, and finalizing agreements that are favorable and mutually advantageous.
• Demonstrate the value proposition and advantages of solutions to prospects, and hold discussions with stakeholders from prospective clients.
• Foster short-term relationships, facilitate initial introductions, and transition clients to permanent account management.
• Collaborate with Marketing and category partners to design targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Serve as an industry expert, staying informed on trends and competitors to engage prospective clients effectively.
• Forecast sales objectives, monitor progress towards achieving and surpassing goals, maintain pipeline efficiency, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Oversee and cultivate the sales pipeline.
• Maintain precise CRM records to assist with prospect management and category alignment.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
• At least 2 years of experience focused on academic or healthcare systems, engaging C-suite executives.
• Expertise in revenue forecasting and achieving sales quotas.
• Capable of creating and delivering presentations to diverse audience sizes, both virtually and face-to-face.
• A goal-oriented team player with outstanding communication abilities, adept at influencing senior leadership and aligning with strategic goals.
• Proficient in CRM systems (D365 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
• Familiar with remote conferencing tools similar to Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
• Advanced skills in CRM for territory and lead management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is expected.
