This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Leverage diverse channels for lead generation and actively engage with high-potential clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to uncover prospects' pain points and effectively position solutions.
• Drive new business initiatives and client acquisition, manage marketing leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring advantageous terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Demonstrate the value proposition and advantages of solutions to prospects and conduct meetings with key stakeholders from prospective clients.
• Cultivate short-term relationships, facilitate initial introductions, and ensure a smooth client transition to permanent account ownership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and category partners to create targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Act as an industry expert, staying informed on trends and competitors to effectively engage prospective clients.
• Project sales targets, monitor progress toward achieving and exceeding goals, and ensure pipeline efficiency through diligent follow-up.
• Oversee and nurture the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to support prospect management and category alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 6 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• At least 2 years of focused experience in academic or healthcare systems, engaging with C-suite buyers.
• Experience in revenue forecasting and achieving sales quotas.
• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to a range of audience sizes, both virtually and in-person.
• Goal-oriented team player with outstanding communication skills, capable of influencing top-tier leadership and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Proficient in a CRM system (D365 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with remote conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
• Advanced skills in CRM for territory and lead management.
• Expected travel requirement is 50%.
