Senior Solutions Engineer – Enterprise AI, Data Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth technical discovery and align AI/data projects with business goals.

• Design scalable solutions for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Provide tailored demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations.

• Oversee the complete deployment of Proofs of Value (POV).

• Diagnose performance, integration, and security challenges during implementation.

• Promote production usage through comprehensive documentation, training, and planning for expansion.

• Act as the technical intermediary between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position within SaaS, infrastructure, or AI sectors.

• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in hybrid architecture design.

• Strong grasp of networking and security fundamentals.

• Experience with large-scale unstructured data systems and governance frameworks.

• Skilled in conveying complex technical ideas to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of AI/ML processes, data preparation, and compliance issues.

• Must possess prior remote work experience and be proficient with remote collaboration tools.
