Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer use cases, XTEL’s SaaS offerings, and the value we provide to our clients.

• Collaborate with sales representatives to evaluate opportunities, engage in consultative selling, and align customer business requirements with XTEL’s product features to secure enterprise deals worth 6 and 7 figures.

• Create customized presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that resonate with customer objectives and set XTEL apart in competitive sales environments.

• Work alongside the sales team to craft personalized responses and agree on pre-qualification strategies.

• Plan, execute, and deliver impactful Proofs of Value (POVs) that showcase XTEL’s benefits, build customer trust, and advance sales opportunities.

• Tackle and resolve technical issues during the sales journey, including data integration, API connections, reporting, and analytics.

• Collaborate with Professional Services for scoping, delivery teams for implementation, and Product Management to provide insights on features and strategy.

• Assist at trade shows, conferences, and other events to highlight XTEL’s solutions and enhance market visibility.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to fortify the pre-sales process and improve the overall effectiveness of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in supporting and influencing the closure of SaaS deals, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, data management, and analytics.

• Familiarity with large-scale data sets, relational modeling, and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lakes is highly desirable.

• Proficient in engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and delivering customized, impactful presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.

• Ability to identify customer needs, align them with XTEL’s offerings, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex technical topics for varied audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and work towards common goals in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.

• Experience in software development, data engineering, or managing complex software projects is a plus.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to meet business and client requirements.
