This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assisting the sales team during pre-sales calls by offering technical expertise, responding to prospect inquiries, and addressing technical issues.
• Developing and delivering customized product demonstrations based on client needs and specific use cases.
• Conducting technical support calls and providing Level 1 technical assistance to clients.
• Facilitating customer onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless adoption of our products.
• Creating technical documentation, integration guides, and product briefs for the sales team.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers, proactively engaging to guarantee their success.
• Gathering customer feedback and converting it into actionable insights for the product and go-to-market teams.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base, including playbooks, ready-made solutions, FAQs, and best practices.
• Writing workarounds, simplified implementations, and integration examples for clients.
• Continuously enhancing your technical knowledge of our products and the broader ecosystem.
• Over 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position (e.g., Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and active listening abilities.
• Strong practical understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and web technologies (mandatory).
• Good comprehension of web application functionality (front-end, back-end, REST APIs, integrations).
• Hands-on experience with API testing and debugging tools (such as Postman, browser DevTools).
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools and LLM-based solutions — you grasp how AI features operate at a fundamental level (prompts, models, context windows, embeddings) and can confidently discuss them with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment environments (Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP) — sufficient to comprehend customer setups and aid in their integration scenarios.
• Proven capability to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to audiences with varying technical expertise.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Capability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently.
• Proficient English communication skills (C1+).
• Monthly remuneration on a B2B contract basis ranging from 18,000 PLN to 25,000 PLN + VAT.
