Senior Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Taking charge of the design, testing, and implementation technical aspects to guarantee the successful delivery of web, media, and security solutions.

• Serving as a proactive technical consultant for our clients, ensuring value is provided with every interaction.

• Functioning as a trusted technical advisor to our key customers.

• Providing coaching and training to clients to maximize the value and usability of our products.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues that may emerge during customer implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 6 years of pertinent experience.

• Have practical experience with web applications or a solid understanding of TCP/IP networks.

• Be skilled in one or more web development languages, methodologies, or architectures.

• Have experience managing challenging customer interactions.

• Show experience in a technical customer-facing role with a passion for delivering consulting services.

• Exhibit communication and presentation abilities that enable you to convey highly technical information succinctly.
