Senior Solution Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Advocate for technical leadership among our customers and partners.

• Deliver architectural design services for cutting-edge SDWAN implementations, including both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

• Conduct hands-on tests to verify customer proof-of-concept configurations, network designs, and deployments utilizing new products and features.

• Provide Professional Services on an assignment basis to strategic clients.

• Create whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other materials aimed at customers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• *Language Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

• *Security Clearance is mandatory, as this position involves support for Federal Agencies.

• Experience in planning and designing or operating WAN/LAN networks for service providers or large enterprises.

• Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and its operations.

• Familiarity with WAN technologies and protocols such as MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.

• Expertise in architecting and/or managing large-scale, high-performance, and resilient enterprise networking solutions.

• Knowledge of Linux administration.

• Proficiency in shell scripting and Python scripting.

• Willingness to travel to support customers on-site as needed.

• Desired Skills:

• Operational knowledge of next-generation firewalls/UTMs, IDS/IPS, and malware prevention systems.

• Understanding of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.

• Hands-on experience with public and private cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, and VMware.

• Strong analytical thinking abilities.

• Capacity to approach problem-solving with a full-stack mindset.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Exceptional hands-on skills in deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.

• Readiness to assist customers, colleagues, and team members whenever necessary.
