This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You will assist Account Executives throughout the Sales process by identifying and converting a customer’s technical priorities and challenges into impactful use cases utilizing Cenosco IMS.
• Engage with potential customers during Sales Discovery calls.
• Perform platform demonstrations.
• Grasp customer requirements and expectations while dissecting their often intricate challenges.
• Outline how our platform can be customized to meet the customer’s needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design and create solutions within Cenosco IMS.
• You will design and define proof-of-value projects that showcase the benefits Cenosco IMS provides to customers in a short timeframe.
• Additionally, you will articulate the value proposition of a complete implementation along with the associated strategic roadmap.
• You will develop reusable materials (such as product demonstrations, case studies), best practices, and tools to help disseminate your knowledge and expertise throughout the solution engineering team.
• Work alongside product management to translate your understanding of customer issues into product insights that will influence the Cenosco IMS product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement significant product enhancements.
• You will spearhead the development of new use cases and implement them on the platform to evaluate product-solution compatibility.
• Provide feedback to our product team and relay the results of your findings to go-to-market functions.
• 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise / "high touch" Solution Engineering, functioning as a technical Solution Engineer or Consultant within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating proof-of-value workshops, offering consulting services, and delivering training for both tools and methodologies.
• Technical proficiency: A foundational understanding of AIM (Asset Integrity Management) software in asset-intensive sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Manufacturing.
• Business domain expertise: Specialized knowledge in the asset integrity market is highly desirable, especially in Asset Reliability and Asset Safety.
• A good sense of humor along with strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with support, implementation, development teams, and clients.
• Ability to recognize customer pain points and develop solutions that benefit both our customers (by alleviating their challenges) and Cenosco (by maximizing ARR).
