Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical and functional discussions with client stakeholders, including discovery workshops, design sessions, sprint demonstrations, escalation calls, and improvement reviews.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on process optimization, configuration strategies, and platform capabilities.

• Take ownership of value realization on accounts by initiating enhancements beyond the defined scope that positively impact real client KPIs.

• Assist in project scoping, evaluating change requests, and estimating efforts for enhancements.

• Influence customer decision-making and manage expectations with confidence and poise.

• Represent the firm in external settings, such as workshops, executive reviews, webinars, and partner discussions.

• Contribute to the transformation of product implementation practices in the age of AI.

• Incorporate AI agents and internal AI tools as integral components of daily delivery processes.

• Lead the end-to-end solution configuration strategy and deployment planning for P2P, O2C, and finance automation initiatives.

• Act as the senior escalation point for intricate or critical incidents within client environments.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to consultants on advanced configuration, issue resolution, and client engagement skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience delivering P2P, AP, O2C, or AR automation solutions in a consulting or advisory role.

• Proven track record in client leadership: facilitating workshops, driving requirement sessions, advising senior stakeholders, and managing escalations.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable outcomes for clients.

• Experience leading comprehensive implementations or significant workstreams with minimal supervision.

• Background in mentoring consultants, reviewing deliverables, and contributing to project governance.

• Proven success in influencing customer decision-making and managing expectations effectively.

• Expert knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and/or Order-to-Cash workflows, including AP/AR automation and ERP integration.

• Advanced configuration expertise in leading platforms such as Basware, Coupa, Ariba, Esker, Tradeshift, and HighRadius.

• Strong understanding of data mapping, API frameworks, SFTP, and middleware integration concepts.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, including performance optimization and root-cause diagnostics.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in a professional consulting or delivery environment.

• Business fluency in French, Spanish, or German is advantageous.
