Senior Solution Architect – Offshore

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive technical solutions for unsolicited proposals as well as RFP-based communications and IT infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, subcontractors, and technology partners to collect specifications, confirm compatibility, and integrate components into compliant solution frameworks.

• Prepare bills of materials, system diagrams, technical narratives, proposal plans, schedules, and compliance matrices for assigned initiatives.

• Write volumes on technical and management approaches and assist in proposal reviews to guarantee adherence to solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria.

• Aid in capture activities by participating in value proposition development, competitive evaluations, price-to-win strategies, and bid/no-bid determinations.

• Engage in virtual customer interactions, technical presentations, capability briefings, and white paper creation prior to formal solicitations.

• Assess emerging technologies, track market trends, conduct vendor capability evaluations, and propose new solutions for the company’s portfolio.

• Provide technical insights to strategic planning by identifying target agencies, contract vehicles, capability gaps, and priorities for solution investments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of RF engineering principles, including propagation, interference, intermodulation, link budget calculations, and antenna system design.

• Understanding of wireless networking principles, protocols, and associated technologies.

• Familiarity with IP networking and infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and other related equipment.

• Capability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal language.

• Experience in coordinating multi-vendor technical contributions and constructing cohesive solution architectures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple concurrent projects, and quickly adapt to new technologies in a remote setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related technical field focused on communications systems.

• At least 10 years of experience in developing technical solutions and drafting proposals for complex communications or IT infrastructure programs.
