This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead professional services projects with some of the largest global companies, serving as the design face (Solution Manager) to ensure continuity across platform functions and various solution architects.
• Responsible for the overall design of customer implementations, promoting industry and technology best practices.
• Collaborate with Coupa Engagement Manager project managers to deliver design leadership and accountability in our commitment to customer success.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Drive key decision-making and prepare materials to support project advancements and artifacts.
• Mentor and develop talent, both within and outside of projects, to meet consulting expectations and ensure the right skill mix for customer success.
• Expand and enhance your knowledge of Coupa and source-to-pay throughout the lifecycle to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Work alongside documentation and product management teams to contribute expertise in further developing content and products.
• Engage customers in insightful discussions about business needs rather than focusing solely on feature/function basics.
• Adhere to and advocate for the Coupa implementation methodology to ensure customers follow best practices.
• Function effectively in both individual and team settings, whether on-site or off-site with customers.
• Proven experience managing a professional services team or consulting projects.
• Over 7 years of experience in a consultative, project-oriented work environment, either internally or with a consulting firm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and passionate work environment.
• Strong focus on team success as well as a commitment to customer success.
• Extensive experience with Coupa products and source-to-pay processes.
• Familiarity with project management principles that support software implementations and customer transformations.
• Proficient in addressing challenging or complex business problems, simplifying issues, providing decision frameworks, and guiding teams toward recommended solutions.
• Exceptional client management skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers to execute implementation plans aimed at achieving rapid and successful go-live outcomes.
• Previous senior consulting experience with competing applications such as Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or GEP is a strong predictor of success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Required experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
• Capable of developing workshop plans that align with project scopes, creating materials, and facilitating workshops to achieve desired results.
