Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and workshops with Solutions Consultants to identify valuable use cases and design scalable solutions that incorporate Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions into clients' broader creative and marketing workflows.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales process by leading solution design and serving as the link to post-sales teams, ensuring a smooth transition that prepares customers for sustained success.

• Create engaging AI-driven automation workflows, customized solution designs, and high/low/no-code prototypes to swiftly convert solution vision into functional designs.

• Collaborate on customer-specific technical roadmaps and contribute to enterprise architectures that connect immediate pilots to long-term AI transformation initiatives, fostering strong technical advocacy at the executive level.

• Develop reusable reference architectures, integration blueprints, and other resources that amplify the influence of the EMEA presales team across various engagements and industries.

• Work alongside Value Consultants, Sales, and Solution Consultants to instill technical credibility throughout the sales process and share insights that promote technical excellence in initial customer interactions.

• Promote the use of AI within the presales engineering practice, establishing workflows, tools, and best practices that enhance the standards for contemporary Solution Architects.

• Remain at the forefront of GenAI, creative automation, and enterprise integration trends, synthesizing insights that refine Adobe's technical standing in the EMEA region.

• Advocate for customer-focused enhancements to Adobe's product roadmap based on real-world architectural insights and field experiences.

• Represent Adobe at industry events, customer advisory boards, and technical forums to elevate Adobe's presence and credibility in the EMEA market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in solution architecture, technical presales, or enterprise software delivery, with a proven track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

• Practical expertise in API integrations, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), and enterprise digital transformation — adept at moving from conceptualization to working prototype.

• Profound understanding of creative workflows and Martech/Adtech ecosystems, with the capability to translate technical intricacies into business outcomes for engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

• Experience interacting with IT leadership and creative operations stakeholders with tailored messaging that connects capability and commercial impact.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and a strong curiosity regarding the implications of GenAI for enterprise content production and large-scale brand operations.

• Familiarity with Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions, Creative Cloud APIs, Adobe GenStudio solutions, or similar GenAI platforms is a significant advantage.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and speed in a rapidly changing environment, embodying a mindset of an enabler who elevates the technical competency of surrounding teams.

• Proficient in both French and English; fluency in an additional European language is preferred.
