Senior Software Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conducting both functional and non-functional testing of the web application.

• Analyzing, testing, and clarifying project requirements.

• Developing and implementing testing strategies.

• Planning, prioritizing, and estimating testing tasks.

• Creating and maintaining test documentation.

• Reviewing and developing automated tests.

• Creating, analyzing, tracking bugs, and collaborating on their resolution.

• Tracking and reporting quality metrics and test outcomes.

• Participating in Agile ceremonies.

• Preparing and leading demo sessions.

• Collaborating with developers, Product Owners, partners, and other team members.

• Adhering to QA processes and contributing to ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

• Proven experience in testing web applications.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.

• Experience in creating test documentation, including Test Cases, Checklists, and Bug Reports.

• Knowledge of databases and data storage principles.

• Ability to test, analyze, and clarify project requirements.

• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and integrations.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

• Experience in automation (e.g., TypeScript).

• An intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• A proactive approach to quality with an ownership mindset.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools in QA is a plus.

• Experience with Azure Cloud and SaaS applications is a plus.

• Experience using Git is a plus.
