Senior Software Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate customer issues and apply your technical knowledge to guarantee prompt and precise solutions.

• Interact with our clients via virtual meetings, chat, and email to manage their expectations, establish priorities, and resolve technical challenges related to our products, including configuration and networking.

• Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams by providing customer feedback to assist in identifying new features and functionalities.

• Strive for excellence in service delivery to our customers, the company, and our colleagues.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to empathize with customers.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting customer issues.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting various programming and scripting languages, including Java, React, Groovy, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity with cloud-based software applications, covering installation, administration, and troubleshooting.

• Skill in analyzing error logs for Java applications, Windows OS, and Linux OS.

• A strong desire to continue learning.

• Advanced understanding of performance tuning techniques and tools.

• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Understanding of database administration.

• Knowledge of network fundamentals, including network trace analysis.

• Experience in API design and development.

• Comprehensive understanding of secure data transmission across networks.

• Familiarity with Boomi platform certifications and/or knowledge.

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Hadoop, and Linux system administration.

• Proficiency in Postman and OAuth 2.0.

• Background as an IT Consultant or Software Developer.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
