Senior Software Quality Engineer – ASP.NET, Blazor Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop the automated QA framework for the WISEintelligence platform.

• Establish both the technical and cultural groundwork for how quality engineering functions at WISEcode.

• Create and enhance automated testing frameworks for ASP.NET and Blazor applications.

• Develop dependable end-to-end UI automation for highly interactive workflows.

• Build infrastructure for API, integration, and regression testing.

• Boost confidence in releases through smart automation and observability.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure that testability is incorporated into systems from the outset.

• Assist in setting quality standards, patterns, and engineering discipline across various teams.

• Design and implement automated UI testing frameworks.

• Create API and integration testing suites for ASP.NET services.

• Develop reusable testing abstractions and patterns that can scale across teams.

• Investigate intermittent failures, race conditions, state management challenges, and environmental inconsistencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or software quality engineering.

• Strong practical experience in testing ASP.NET applications.

• Experience in testing ASP.NET Blazor applications or other highly stateful SPA frameworks.

• Proficient coding skills in C#.

• Experience in building automated UI testing frameworks.

• Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.

• Experience in testing APIs and distributed application workflows.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment validation.

• Experience with relational databases, preferably Postgres.

• Ability to analyze across UI, API, database, and infrastructure boundaries.

• Strong debugging capabilities and systems-thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments.

• Strong engineering judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
