Senior Software Engineer – Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the technical development of our SaaS platform, guiding it from initial concept through to deployment.

• Design and enhance the software architecture to guarantee scalability, performance, and maintainability as the company expands and penetrates new markets.

• Cultivate and inspire a world-class engineering culture.

• Mentor the development team (3–6 developers), promoting clean coding practices, knowledge sharing, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to convert user requirements into technical solutions.

• Align technical priorities with the CTO and company founders.

• Supervise code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in SaaS, data, or AI-driven platforms.

• Proficient in TypeScript/Angular, Node.js, and cloud-based architectures (Azure or AWS).

• Demonstrated experience in leading small engineering teams or mentoring junior developers.

• Possess a structured and pragmatic approach — understanding when to prioritize speed and when to focus on long-term solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.

• Reside in Europe (hybrid or remote work with occasional workshops).
