Senior Software Engineer, SRE / Observability Tooling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop SRE and observability tools

• Establish standards, infrastructure, and automation for dashboards and alerts

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure production and operational readiness

• Create tools and templates for defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs)

• Automate operational workflows and observability processes

• Enhance tooling and workflows for incident response

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)

• Familiarity with contemporary observability platforms (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus)

• Comprehensive knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles (SLOs, error budgets)

• Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems

• Strong programming skills (Python, Go)

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., ArgoCD, Github Actions)

• A data-driven approach to problem-solving

• Competence in using AI tools responsibly
