Senior Software Engineer – Special Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop essential systems for our new product from the ground up.

• Create low-latency, high-reliability services that interact directly with Solana's transaction and block building pipeline.

• Take ownership of critical infrastructure, including order routing, execution, real-time market data, and position management.

• Integrate security measures at every level, from transaction signing to the protection of user data.

• Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams to deliver quickly and iterate based on genuine user feedback.

• Make impactful architectural decisions as one of the initial members of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with substantial involvement in distributed systems.

• Proficient in systems programming. Experience in Rust is preferred, but extensive knowledge in C/C++, Go, or similar languages is acceptable.

• Proven history of building reliable, low-latency systems in a production environment.

• A security-focused mindset; you consider attack surfaces, key management, and failure modes prior to writing code.

• Familiarity with Solana's runtime, transaction lifecycle, and market microstructure (MEV, block building, execution quality) is highly advantageous.

• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and navigate incomplete information. This is a 0-to-1 product rather than a well-established codebase.
