Senior Software Engineer, Python/.NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of backend development for the modernization of our core scheduling platform, establishing Python best practices, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the quality of Python-driven services as the system progresses.

• Engage in a multi-product ecosystem (Engage, Auth, Messaging, Time) that incorporates both Python and .NET - this position is ideal for engineers who excel across different stacks rather than being single-use specialists.

• Develop APIs, oversee service reviews, and deliver - embodying the full spectrum of what senior engineering entails in practice.

• Propel the team's advancement toward an AI-enhanced SDLC, utilizing tools like Claude Code to coordinate agents that write, debug, and test software - this is an integral aspect of our operations, not just a future goal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, production-level Python experience (Python 3.10+) - capable of writing clean, idiomatic code and having previously set the standard for it within a team.

• Significant exposure to .NET - sufficient to contribute to our existing product suite and feel at ease in a mixed-stack environment.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows - familiar with LLM tooling, multi-agent systems, or similar; currently working in this manner or have done so recently.

• Demonstrated senior judgment reflected in good instincts, constructive disagreement, and proactive initiative without needing to be the most vocal individual in the room.
