Senior Software Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain resilient backend systems and APIs deployed within AWS across various technical domains.

• Develop scalable, high-performance solutions that adhere to contemporary software design principles and fulfill business needs.

• Participate in architectural discussions and lead the implementation of clean, reusable solutions across different services.

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of core platform services and APIs.

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and story grooming.

• Perform comprehensive code reviews, provide technical feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvements in code quality.

• Collaborate across functions with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to facilitate high-quality software delivery.

• Mentor colleagues and junior engineers through constructive collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Utilize AI-driven development tools to create high-quality, high-performance AdTech products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in backend software engineering, specializing in the creation of enterprise-grade applications.

• More than 4 years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available microservices.

• At least 4 years of experience in designing cloud-native architectures and implementing infrastructure as code.

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience with relational databases and crafting optimized SQL queries.

• Over 2 years of front-end development experience utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Advanced expertise in Python 3 is essential, with expert-level knowledge required (a coding assessment will be conducted to assess this proficiency).
