Senior Software Engineer, Mobile – Repayment UX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Taking ownership of and achieving quarterly objectives for your team.

• Guiding engineers on your team through uncertain situations to address open-ended challenges.

• Partnering with product management, design, and analytics by engaging in the ideation process.

• Championing solutions for project, process, technology, or business-related challenges.

• Creating and tracking metrics, escalating issues when necessary.

• Cultivating a culture of quality and accountability within your team by establishing code review and design standards.

• Assisting in talent development on your team by offering constructive feedback and guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and architecting mobile applications, ideally with declarative UI frameworks like React Native.

• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript, or have a proven history of working with similar programming languages and adapting to new technologies.

• Experience in defining a technical strategy for delivering a major feature or system component with an elegant, straightforward, and scalable design.

• Ability to write high-quality code that is easily comprehensible and usable by others.

• Skilled at implementing significant changes within a large codebase, and have developed a suite of tools and practices that allow you and your team to do so safely.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration with our global engineering team.
