Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Platform - POS

📋 Description

• Take charge of the release pipeline — develop and uphold the systems that ensure a reliable transition of code from merging to production.

• Enhance our release automation — aim for fully automated, one-click deployments and rollbacks.

• Fortify performance monitoring and observability practices.

• Boost the speed and reliability of the CI/CD pipeline.

• Maintain the health of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in developing and delivering production applications.

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Experience in building and managing mobile applications in production settings where quality and uptime are critical.

• React Native experience is highly advantageous.

• Practical experience with observability tools — such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, or similar tools.

• Proven experience in enhancing CI/CD pipelines and fostering impactful release automation.

• A history of improving operational visibility.

• Ability to navigate complex external systems with ease.

• Background in a product-driven startup, scale-up, or technology firm.

• Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset in identifying and resolving ambiguous issues.
