Senior Software Engineer in Test IV, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate large-scale event processing systems and backend applications.

• Participate in all stages of product development, from requirements gathering to validation and deployment.

• Assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of applications.

• Collaborate within a focused and agile team to address common challenges across various products and areas of expertise.

• Take ownership of components, processes, and workflows that require professionalism, strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test suites and frameworks.

• Oversee and maintain QA CI pipelines and collaborate on Continuous Deployment enablement.

• Perform root cause analysis of issues and offer solutions to improve coverage and maintainability.

• Communicate effectively and serve as an essential member of both project teams and the QA organization.

• Gain exposure to a wide range of challenges, fostering rapid career advancement and proximity to diverse technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in test automation.

• Proficient in Java or Python, with the capability to enhance, debug, modify, and maintain an automation framework codebase.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, or Cloud Build.

• Strong troubleshooting skills to manage complex issues effectively.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Proficient in both Polish and English communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
