Senior Software Engineer II – Product Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Familiarize yourself with our onboarding program in Notion and gain access to essential tools including Linear, Figma, Slack, Looker, Omni, and our experimentation infrastructure.

• Analyze data and identify current growth opportunities. Understand the reasons behind creator drop-offs and articulate your insights on factors driving disengagement, as well as where the most impactful retention opportunities lie.

• Begin making contributions to ongoing experiments or improvements within the funnel as you develop context. Implement your initial changes to experience firsthand how we operate and contribute to our growth strategy.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive execution of various growth initiatives across the entire funnel.

• You have successfully launched experiments and managed intricate projects that have influenced significant metrics, and you can clearly articulate what was effective and what was not.

• You have established the technical frameworks and measurement practices that the growth team depends on.

• You serve as a leader within the Growth squad and a dependable partner to Product. You possess a distinct perspective on the necessities of the funnel and are mentoring others toward more analytical, outcome-focused methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software engineering on product-led projects at a SaaS organization.

• Involvement in a product where the customer relationship includes recurring revenue, trials, or milestones for conversion.

• Managed experiments from start to finish, and can discuss your findings, including those that were unsuccessful and the reasons behind them.

• Delivered enhancements across multiple sections of the funnel, not limited to just the area assigned to you.

• Experience working on a remote-first or distributed team with minimal procedural overhead.
