Senior Software Engineer, GTM, AI Strategy

📋 Description

• Devote a significant portion of your time to hands-on work by designing and coding high-performance backend services and machine learning pipelines.

• Create and prototype innovative internal products from the ground up, utilizing LLMs and Agentic AI to automate account research, prioritize leads, and handle complex quoting logic.

• Develop the backend integration between our custom quoting engine, Salesforce, and internal data lakes to provide a seamless, low-latency end-to-end user experience.

• Serve as a key contributor to address intricate synchronization and architectural challenges across the GTM stack, ensuring that systems are both scalable and resilient.

• Deliver essential core functionalities that have a wide-ranging impact; translate high-level objectives into sequenced, production-ready code.

• Anticipate changes in product requirements and construct adaptable, decoupled backend systems that can grow alongside our AI strategy.

• Ensure the reliability of GTM tools by incorporating comprehensive observability into every service you deploy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with backend programming languages such as Java, Go, and Python.

• Hands-on experience in developing LLM agents within a production environment.

• Proficiency in implementing event-driven architectures and managing data flow across various systems with high integrity.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
