Senior Software Engineer, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to develop and continuously enhance a product to meet the needs of our customers and associates.

• Become part of a vibrant team comprising engineers of varying experience levels.

• Contribute to the development of both technical and leadership capabilities while creating, deploying, and maintaining production applications.

• Participate in the selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and monitoring of products and tools in production.

• Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• 3-5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Proficiency in Golang.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript frameworks.

• Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java.

• Experience with relational or noSQL database technologies.

• Understanding of cloud computing techniques.

• Proficient with CI/CD tools.

• Familiarity with modern software design patterns.

• Experience with security frameworks for user and service authorization and authentication.

• Skilled in creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests.

• Proficient in modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques.

• Experience with version control systems.
