Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

📋 Description

• Play a key role in the development of innovative in-browser applications, utilizing your comprehensive perspective to ensure our application is modular, scalable, and secure.

• Balance the development of customer-centric features with the necessity of addressing technical debt to maintain the sustainability of the software suite.

• Design and implement intricate applications that leverage machine learning techniques on large datasets, enhancing labor-intensive processes while ensuring a positive user experience.

• Create integrated systems that work cohesively to provide a high-performing and reliable application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in both frontend and backend programming.

• Proficiency in Rust, Java, or Scala, along with additional expertise in UI development.

• Ability to read, comprehend, and enhance complex code.

• Proven experience in ensuring code quality through testing methodologies.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a rapidly growing environment.

• A collaborative mindset towards tackling challenges.

• Eagerness to learn new skills and concepts on the job.

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and the capability to assist in its resolution.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
